This studio is amazing and the instructors are amazing. I've been here a few times and the reason I was drawn to the place was because they do offer both HOT or NOT yoga. If you're having a hard time finding NOT HOT yoga...here is your space. Marisol is a wonderful instructor, love this place!
Simply put, the best yoga studio I have EVER visited. The owner/manager is kind and supportive, and has created a lovely, welcoming space. The classes and equipment are all A+ and the locker rooms and showers are spotless. Marisol is . Marisol and her small crew of instructors are talented and helpful, and the membership and class fees are a fraction of what they could be charging. Highly recommend!!
LOVE this studio!! I’ve learned so much from all the instructors, and have gotten so much stronger with their help. They have such a variety of classes that include bikram, vinyasa, yin, and even strength training and cardio classes. You definitely get what you need here. As well as classes aren’t over crowed, so you get the opportunity receive a lot of one on one feedback to be the best version of yourself in your practice. I will say this is the cleanest hot studio I’ve ever been to. They clean after every session, so there’s not that horrible sweaty smell like in other hot yoga studios. Everyone at the studio is very welcoming, and it’s easy to get close to them right away.
What an amazing studio and what an amazing teacher! Marisol has created a supportive, compassionate and inspiring community and there was never a day I practiced that I didn't walk away feeling better. The passion she has for teaching yoga is passed on to her students through humor, insight and pushing students to discover new boundaries every time you step on your mat. Can't wait to go back!!!
