It's a great day when you find your yoga home. I joined in January 2016, and every day that I can be there, I literally can't wait to get to class. Marisol's team--my yoga family--is superb! I am serious, folks...you won't find better yoga anywhere in Albuquerque.

This yoga studio is awesome! Marisol has put together a team of top-notch instructors who work with you, positively and challengingly, meeting you wherever you are and helping you move forward. And if you like "or not" and want to become stronger and deepen your understanding of yoga and beyond, Stephanie rocks!

I really enjoy being a part of Hot or Not Yoga NM! Great facilities, outstanding teachers, super classes. Perhaps my favorite part of being at the studio is how warm and accepting Marisol and her staff are, and how they support a great yoga community. They make yoga fun, and through their training and encouragement, my strength, flexibility, and overall wellness has greatly improved. Every so often, I experience a great moment when I am able to get into or hold a posture much better then I had before. I don't know that I would ever have stayed with yoga or improved this much without the help and encouragement of all the staff at HNYNM!

My team did a few group sessions and this is hands down my favorite yoga place in Albuquerque!! It's so clean and the instructor was so nice!

I love this studio everything is so clean and welcoming. The instructors are some of the best I've had, well worth my drive. I also like that they have showers so i'm not all sweaty when I go out for dinner after yoga. It feels like you're hanging out with family when you're here. I typically do Vinyasa but will sweat through some bikram style once in a while also.
