Integrative Amrit Method Yoga Nidra?-The Mechanics, Benefits, and Post Session Effects.-A Yoga Nidra experience to ground the whole being while energizing and restoring your mental, physical, and emotional bodies.In the first hour we will start with a relaxing cup of hot tea to calm the senses while exploring the educational facets of Yoga Nidra. We will shift into experience and deep steep in a 1 hour Nidra. 1 hour of Nidra is as restorative as 3 hours of R.E.M. sleep.
